Desert Rose
We love to create experiences that thrill our customers and ourselves, while making sure to get the right dose of adrenaline, desert and boutique wine.
An activity that we and our customers really like is sand skiing in the dunes of the Negev Desert, an activity that is suitable for all ages. It's fun for us to see the adults turn into children for a moment.
Our journey began with breakfast at Individual Farms that produce goat cheese, olive oil, jams, honey, and local wine using traditional methods. It is always amazing to hear the pioneering story of the establishment of the farm and the population of the desolate Negev, which today is a tourist attraction and is considered Israel's "little Tuscany in the desert".
We arrived at Mitzpe Ramon and the Ramon Crater, a natural phenomenon unique to the Israeli desert, where we did a RZR hike on the edge of the cliff, one of the hikes with the most spectacular views in our country. We had a trip full of adrenaline and fun, stops for observations with tutorials and breathtaking photos, coffee and desert tea and other treats.
We continued to an authentic Bedouin accommodation in a camp on the edge of the cliff, got connected with the desert atmosphere, heared about the ancient Bedouin tradition and their way of life and ate a meal cooked for us over whispering coals underground.
To finish, we visited at the first boutique winery in the Mitzpe Ramon area, whose Zionist and pioneer story sounds like it is taken from a movie. The winery is located in a wild desert area which is a green oasis with vines from which a unique and high quality wine is produced. We had the privilege of participating in a tasting of that fine wine. We drank a last glass of wine before sunset - a perfect end to an unforgettable experience.
